Shipping:

All orders are shipped first-class via USPS with tracking. Shipping is processed Monday through Friday. Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days after shipment, though USPS delays may occasionally occur. Please allow 4–6 business days for your order to arrive.

Returns & Exchanges:

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in cases where there is a mistake on our end.

If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 15 days of delivery, and we will correct the issue promptly.

Returned Packages:

If a package is returned due to an insufficient or invalid address, shipping costs are non-refundable. You may either request a refund for the order or pay $4.50 for a new shipping label to have the package resent.
